At Algarve Property Solutions (A.P.S) we do not charge you any fees and there is no obligation to purchase when you use either our Platinum or Gold packages. However if you use the Platinum Package and decide not to purchase a property through A.P.S, we have a nominal charge agreed in advance for the use of our guest accommodation.
At A.P.S we prefer to deal with quality rather than quantity, which is why we are recommended by numerous satisfied clients. If you do not see anything of specific interest in our listings, please call us and we will endeavour to do everything we can to find your "perfect place in the sun".
